1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.

2. Incorrect Orders

Should you receive an item that differs from your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), notify us within 30 days of delivery. Include details and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

3. Returns and Exchanges

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference for a different color or design
Please refer to our sizing guides and product descriptions before placing an order to ensure accuracy.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
